You buy a stencil and you basically stamp the design onto your nail. You can buy it here.They claim to be easy, but I read many reviews that you need a lot of patience and practice to get it right. Many makeup guru's have tried this...check their videos out! One of my favourite guru to watch is xsparkage, she does a great job on this how-to video!
